It is a disgrace that this Home healthcare prestigious company does not provide insurance benefits nor sick leave to their employees/nurses, particularly in these times when healthcare workers are in the frontlines and risking their health & their families as well. Hard to believe.

During June 2019, my wife and I needed to arrange for post-surgery home care for our daughter in Austin. We live 1,000 miles away, so all of the arrangements needed to be settled before the surgery. After the surgery, we spent one week in Austin. Every single contact that we had with BrightStar made clear to us that we were dealing with an outstanding company. Beginning with our first email and telephone contacts with BrightStar from our home, straight through to the time that we were in Austin, and continuing after we left until our daughter no longer needed in-home care, BrightStar personnel were consistent attentive, highly qualified, responsive, and thoroughly professional. During the course of our week in Austin, we had considerable direct contact with all the medical personnel who came to our daughter's home. They uniformly knew what they were doing, and attended to our daughter's post-op care in a thoroughly superior manner. When I hire a person or a company in any professional field, I expect excellent performance. That is exactly what we and our daughter received from all BrightStar personnel, from the all-important medical personnel straight through to the executive and administrative personnel. Additionally, all of them were highly personable and consistently demonstrated the best of skills in communication and inter-personal relationships.
