We usually will use Burks at my office if we need something fast. But today I called for some help. I needed to order a site plan on a large foam board. This is the first timed I've ordered something like this and also needed HELPFUL ADVISE on sizing and such. The man I spoke with was so rude and condescending. No customer service skills whatsoever. His name was Mark or Mike. I will be using Miller Blueprint on the east side from now on. I said thank you for all your help and immediately called Miller Blueprint. I got it all sorted out! Larry over there is always so nice and helpful!

Couldn't ask for better service or product! The only possible way it could've been better was if it was free!
Great experience. 10/10 customer service, fast and very convenient location for doing business with the City or other downtown bureaucrats.
