I just had a very pleasant conversation with Ms. Kari Hanna. She is very sweet and considerate. While I myself am in between positions; I look forward in perhaps speaking with her down the road in regards to possible positions that might become available. The company is very fortunate to have such sweet as well as productive people like her with their team.

They contacted me more than once for some positions, then always ghosted me afterwards. Never returned any of my voicemails nor responded to my emails.
I am absolutely perplexed at the amount of good reviews this office has. I had heard great things about the Burnett Specialists Office in Houston, and was eager to have them help me before my Austin move. I initially met with Maggie a month ago, and was a bit dejected after that meeting. During our meeting she had no recollection of who I was despite us speaking on the phone 3 days prior. She also seemed more interested in pushing me towards a sales orientated job than a profession of my choosing. Since I have met with Maggie, I have not heard from her at all. I tried to contact her several times after I met her, when I knew she would be in the office, and never heard back from her in a timely manner. By the time she did get back to me, the job I was most interested in had already been filled. Furthermore, I find it hard to believe that it has been a month and there have been no positions considered for me. Maggie has offered zero communication and I cannot possibly think that she has extended any effort in doing her job and helping me find a job. When I spoke to the receptionist regarding my doubts about Maggie, and hinting that I would like to switch recruiters, I was basically told that there was nothing they could do and that I just had to let Maggie do as she wanted, that she was busy. I can understand that work can be busy, however, not for an entire month. And not so much that you cannot contact your clients. I have never been so dissatisfied and disappointed in a service in my life and would warn anyone not to use this office, no matter how great their other offices may be.
I accepted a wonderful opportunity this week thanks to Angela. She was attentive and responsive at all times via call and email. When I met her in person, she was friendly and professional. The entire process was 2.5 weeks.
