Would not recommend working with this company, there seem to be a lot of internal issues they've yet to workout which in turn affects their clients. They tell you they can get you XX amount of meetings in a month yet struggle to manage or provide competent sales persons to keep those numbers consistent. I would steer clear and look elsewhere for appointment setting outsourcing with a much more affordable pricing model.

Bad business, bad management and horrible ethics. This place is the biggest scam of a \business\. The people who work here have absolutely no qualified sales or management experience other than maybe googling generic tips. Save yourself time and money, go elsewhere for these so called 'Services' and avoid this place at all costs.

This company is not reliable. Wasted money and embarrassed our reputation with existing customers through their poorly trained cold callers, over-calling and reading bad scripts. I asked to hear recordings mock calls being made and was shocked at how bad the so called \sales experts\ sounded. Bad business model, sales lead is clueless and very unprofessional. Not worth it, may as well call these execs yourself.

I’m one of the veteran SDRs here and felt compelled to write a positive review to balance out some of the odd negative reviews. C-Level has a lot of happy clients. The SDRs all have at least 5 years of B2B sales experience, so you can rest assured that they will do a good job pitching your product/services. We have had good success working with clients who have not had an SDR program before, as well as those who have in-house SDRs but want to start calling into a different vertical or start a campaign for a new product. The SDRs meet with clients weekly to go over metrics and any issues encountered on the account. C-Level also has an incredibly competent manager who runs the operation like a well-oiled machine. She is very responsive to any issues the SDRs or clients have. If you’re considering an appointment-setting firm, C-Level is definitely worth looking into. There are many talented SDRs on the team here. There is also little risk involved due to their pricing structure.
