Been to quite a few doctors this year. This was by far the best experience I believe I've ever had. I was seen before my scheduled time. Wait in exam room for the doctor was around 2 minutes as was the X-ray Tech and scheduling associate. Procedures and follow through, payment details were all explained in easy to understand language.

Twenty years after some major sinus surgery, I started to have problems again with some serious sinus issues after airline flights. I went to Capital Otolarngology based on the reviews, and met Dr. Latif Dharamsi. I had a great experience. He listened attentively as I described my issues (and most importantly, he took me seriously), *examined me first*, and only then said that I was a great candidate for the new balloon sinuplasty procedures. He explained the procedures, and for my urgent condition, was able to immediately schedule me within 72 hours for surgery, which is right in their office. The surgery went great. The anesthetist and the nurse were very accurate, helpful, and professional. After surgery, the minor side effects were exactly as he described they would be, and the surgery was a fantastic success for me with very little cost after insurance. The severe problems are gone. I received two post-op follow-up visits where he very carefully evaluated what was going on after the surgery. I also asked for a post-op hearing test and was amazed at how much hearing tests have technologically improved over the last 15 years. I was very glad to find out from the staff and doctor that my hearing was mostly unchanged over the last 15 years. I cannot recommend Dr. Dharamsi and the staff enough. I have referred several people to Capital Otolaryngology since then and have gotten very positive feedback, including one person who needed hearing aid reassessment/upgrades and it was far less expensive and more accurate than she expected. If you have had chronic issues and didn't know what to do, the great reviews are spot on, this is the place to go.

My daughter (5) had a tonsillectomy performed by Dr Brown. She was nervous at first but he was so awesome and made her feel safe and at ease. All doctors were amazing at the hospital and they took care of all her needs. I myself became his patient after seeing the amazing bedside manner he had with my kids. He listens to your concerns and never rushes you. I appreciate that in today’s medical world.

This facility has top notch doctors for all of your ENT needs. Locations are convenient and the check-in process is easy. Wait times are very minimal if there is even a wait at all. My husband had prior sinus surgeries years ago. He gets chronic polyps and as a result of the past polyp removals from his younger years, his septum and sinus cavity became terribly troublesome. He had lot’s of scar tissue, an overflow of polyps and a crooked septum which made his nose begin to pull sideways. This created snoring issues that were quite bad, horrible sinus issues and the list goes on. We had used Dr. Antunes at another facility in the past for an unrelated issue and were so impressed by his skills and knowledge of the facial structures that we followed him into this new practice at Capital O. Once again, we were not disappointed. Not only is he a genuine, kind and caring physician, he really puts his heart into what he does and makes you feel comfortable at all times. He even answers his own emails! Impressive I must say! Dr. Antunes identified the multiple problems that my husband has been suffering from for many years. He took action and my husband underwent surgery to correct all of these issues. The surgery was a huge success and the doctor did an amazing job putting my husband‘s nose back together again. From the inside out, there has been a 100% improvement with all of the factors involved. He can breathe again and he has stopped snoring and his septum has been repaired beautifully. I highly recommend this facility and Dr. Antunes. We have not had experience with the other doctors at C.O. however I am quite sure that they are high up there on the bar. Highly recommend this business and we will continue to use C.O. from here on. Great job Dr. Antunes! ️ ️️️️
