I was on a sales seminar recently and they asked us to think about a good sales experience. I didn’t have to think too far back because Ryan at Carpet Stop nailed it. I had been shopping around at other retailers and was frustrated by the usual sales tactics and high prices. Then I remembered Carpet Stop and picked up the phone. Ryan gave me transparency and respect on the first phone call, I drove to the warehouse right away where he'd already identified an ideal sample for me when I walked in the door, and I did not feel overwhelmed with choices I didn’t need. The turnaround on the quote was amazing, communication was always speedy and addressed my concerns, and Ryan made an extra visit out to the property just to make sure he had all the details right and had assigned the right crew to the job. Fantastic pricing is just icing on the cake for all of that. Thank you!

I've done a lot of remodeling myself and I'm very picky and detail oriented. I decided not to do the install of my flooring on my own this time around. I worked with Matt and he was absolutely excellent. He was incredibly patient, and extremely accommodating. Always answered any questions and correspondence right away. When the installers came I was ready to police if I needed to, but they were also excellent. I communicated a few minor touch points I wanted addressed before they started and they got them all without any issues. After watching a few tricky areas, I realized I didn't need to look over their shoulder because they were doing it correctly on their own. Pedro was the lead installer and he was very considerate and detail oriented. Turned out perfectly. Carpet Stop had the best price I could find and their customer service was top notch. Coming from someone in the industry and being very particular, I would very highly recommend.

I called and visited at least 6 carpet stores prior to going with The Carpet Stop. The Carpet Stop not only has the best prices but their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL. I dealt with Ryan Boone and he is phenomenal. He was extremely responsive to my many questions about quality and cost. I told him what my priorities were and he was great in directing me to the perfect carpet for my needs. When I visited the showroom he spent a lot of time with me. I highly recommend Ryan at The Carpet Stop. My installation went flawlessly.

It’s lovely to go back and revisit a business after several years and find that the products and service haven’t lost a beat. We had a small patch of carpet replaced seven years ago, and the owner waited on us, helped find the best option and price with the utmost respect for our time and budget. This week we went back to replace another piece, and this time Gina helped us. She had great recommendations, assured us we would have the job completed as soon as we needed, and booked the whole thing in less than 20 minutes. I don’t know if big box retailers are cheaper, but I’d rather do business with these folks any day. This is what hometown business services should be like, and I’m glad Carpet Stop is available to those of us who would rather lick old carpet than spend five minutes in Home Depot’s barn or futz about hopelessly online.
