My boyfriend who went here a few days ago was prescribed medicine for his anxiety. We liked the doctor and felt like he cared and was listening. We call a few days later because he's having all the side effects of the medication so we call to see if he should continue to take it, switch or if it's normal. We were put on hold for 45 minutes. They later called back 1.5 hours later and was asking why he was taking this medication (that they prescribed him) and thought we were crazy for taking it and told us he needed to go to the ER right away. Scared, we drive to the ER since they gave us no details on what was to come and why and the ER simply told us that he should have never came and they should have said to simply stop taking the medication. They then tell us that the dose he was given was high for never having taken it before after the doctor at Child of Care told us it was a low dose. 5 seconds after we get to the ER, Circle of Care calls to schedule a follow up appointment. So they were able to call immediately for an appointment but took over an hour to answer our call and then have us pay an ER visit. It's clear that the nurses don't know much on medication and don't communicate at all. It is very unfortunate because we enjoyed the doctor he had (besides him prescribing a high dose after telling us it was a really low dose).
