Loved Closest by Design starting with the sales rep Jadrien. She customized my small space perfectly. The special was affordable. After some time I just got my closet redone and it's more than I could ever expect. The installation guys were friendly, tidy and respectful. I will be getting more quotes to maximize spaces in my home and only use Closets by Design.

Mike, head of production was here to answer any questions I had. Lovely company to work with and my closets and murphy bed units are beautiful. Looking forward to my pantry and laundry room!!

Every aspect of the service was exceptionally well done. The design specialist conducted the inspection process, presentation of the products, and discussion of alternatives clearly and professionally. The interactions were cordial. Payment terms and methods were appropriate for a job of this size. Actual installation was done as scheduled. The installation team was professional and personable in their interactions. They worked efficiently to complete the installation on time. Although the cabinet legs (a plus up) were not included in the components provided to the installation team, they got them and returned to install them the next day. Importantly, both the design specialist and the installation team members followed appropriate COVID-19 protocols. Our experience was excellent from start to finish.
