Drivers: Take I-35 to exit 240, follow signs onto hwy 183 North. At Burnet Rd exit, get to right lane for turn onto Burnet going north. At first traffic light, T/L onto Waterford Centre Blvd. T/R at first intersection onto Reid Dr. Park on right shoulder before Coke entrance, walk paperwork to gate office. Sign in, then take bol to shipping office up stairs by dock 1. Bol will be time stamped upon your arrival at shipping office, so be aware! Sign in again, including your cell phone number. Then go back to truck and wait to be called in. OTR trucks turn into the left lanes when entering, stop and they will verify your seal before going to your assigned dock, then use that side again when leaving, with 1 door open for inspection... Not room for more than about 3 trucks outside the gate so being very early doesn't look like it will help your cause here. People were friendly and easy to deal with. I don't think time stamping the driver's BOL is necessary so I deducted a star for that, and 1 for getting assigned a dock after my appointment time even though I was 38 minutes early. Your mileage may vary. I had a noon appointment.
