They constructed our new pool... All in all construction went very well. Few hiccups along the way (as to be expected) but the finished project is awesome... They had to make a few tweaks to the equipment but everything is working perfectly.... We are very happy.. Good company . They do a good job and keep their word....

Mike Livingston did an awesome job designing the pool, it has everything we wanted and was on budget. Everyone we dealt with at Cody was knowledgeable and extremely nice. Even after the pool being built, they're very easy to get a hold of for questions.
If there were a zero star for service I would leave it. In fairness, Cody has an awesome pool design person in San Antonio. His name is Randle. And he is literally the best designer for pools. He is great. Unfortunately, that is where it ends. The construction and service department make you feel like they are doing you a favor for buying a pool from them. The service department (Jacki) is extremely rude and provide awful service. They took almost 8 months to finish my pool. Then they screwed up the install. And now won’t provide the service to repair the mistakes. Warning....do not ever use this company! They have become too large for their own good and forgot what got them there.
We used cody to remodel our pool a few years ago and worked with charles. They did such a great job when we moved and bought a house without a pool, we knew exactly to reach out to. I reached out to charles 4 times, i have called 2 offices asking for a manager 2 times, I have been in contact with ryan 3 times. NOTHING. I get your busy, but dont treat your customers who have supported you and recommended you like this. Their service and follow through is dead.
