Dorian and his crew were great to work with. Dorian was able to immediately understand our style and what we wanted to accomplish. He came back with a design that exceeded our expectations. While the project took longer than we had originally anticipated, it was well worth the wait. We could not be happier with our new space. Even a few weeks after its completion, we still just stare at the beauty of the layout and finish. If you are looking for a company that truly cares about the end product, that will bend over backwards to accommodate your needs and a group of people who are genuinely kind, then look no further than Dorian and his crew at Colectivo.

Colectivo Creative is the perfect one stop solution for any project. They completed a refresh of my front yard including a new fence, porch and landscaping. Dorian was a pleasure to work with from initial design conception to closing out the project. After an initial meeting to discuss the project and learn what design elements I liked the team created several alternatives. After narrowing in on the options they made a rendering so I could have a better sense of what the completed project would look like. They gave a detailed cost breakdown and worked with me to value engineer the project to keep it under budget. Colectivo Creative's construction team is amazing! I could not believe how fast they worked and still kept attention to detail. They are true professionals. I have been recommending Colectivo Creative to my friends and will be using them again when I'm ready to work on my backyard.
I worked with Dorian for the past half a year on a complete redesign and build of my homes exterior - perimeter, entrance, grill area, deck, pool and roof extension. From design through project beautifully completed, Dorian and his team consulted with and hand held me along the entire process as we collaborated on designs, played with different materials, made creative additions to our initial plan, and worked through every single detail I flagged. Colectivo Creative was infinitely professional, and their teams attention to detail has been amazing. Every corner finely shaped, surface beautifully painted, and so on. True to his word, Dorian kept the entire project on budget, and I plan to work with him again on another project very soon. If you want butlet level design to build at an incredibly reasonable price, give them a shout.
We used Colectivo's design services and enjoyed our experience. It was just what we needed for inspiration, a jumping-off point for executing on some much needed back yard upgrades (including the remodel of 3 different spaces). Dorian incorporated our requests and ideas, but put his own eye behind thoughtful suggestions and detail. Being that we were just design customers, we could have used more specificity in terms of how many iterations we would get to work through. And though Dorian was highly attentive for the first round, it seems that a demanding schedule and time constraints distracted from more thorough follow-through. Regardless, we would certainly be open to exploring future projects with Colectivo and would refer to friends!
Dorian and Colectivo Creative helped transform our outdoor space. We decided to use them after seeing what an amazing job they did on our friends outdoor project. We had a negative sloped backyard that was completely unusable. They helped tier the front and backyard while creating an amazing space for us to entertain. They also created drainage to move water away from the foundation. Colectivo Creative was very reasonable with their pricing and never felt like they we’re taking advantage of us. We are extremely happy with how everything turned out. Dorian and his team have been very responsive coming back out to take care of any loose ends after the project was completed. We will definitely use Colectivo Creative for our next project and already refer them to friends.
