do not buy in this community before doing thorough research on the HOA & the deed restrictions, they don't maintain the grounds, they let the grass dye & don't replace or take years to do, the board members have their pet projects instead of taking responsibility for the entire upkeep of the community, the worst HOA ever, dues have increased 80 a month since I moved in, looks worse
