Very Bad service. Worst clinic I have ever been to. The front lady doesn’t know what she is doing. We were here first and she said can you wait outside and we will call you but she send two other people who came after us before us to see doctor. And when we asked she said ohh you guys still haven’t been inside. I will never recommend any one here in East Austin community care center . If you have some another clinic you can go please go there don’t come here. It’s been hours and we are still waiting for them to call our daughter name.If I could give negative star here I would have given them that.

They made me feel like I was in good hands, they made sure all questions were answered. & I felt like they were truly wanting to help & I felt as if they cared

Even for a simple visit you need to be there for hours

I am typically a very understanding person however I have lost all patience with this clinic. I have scheduled a required procedure three times now, and all three times the office has called and cancelled the afternoon before. If the appointment wasn’t available why schedule it? I understand things come up and schedules change, but three times in a row? Six months later I still have not had my procedure completed. I am searching for a new physician as we speak. This office has complete disregard for anyone else’s work/life schedules.

My wife took my 5 month old here for shots. The doctor or apprentice ( I got there late to know her actual title) said the baby needed two shots and then the administrator for the shots gave him three. When the shot administrator was turning the baby she turned him from the legs only and I had to jump in to move him as a whole. The same lady on the first visit touched the fontanelle when measuring the head on his first visit. As a former military healthcare specialist and EMT-B I know patient comfort and care are primordial to build trust, show professionalism, and prevent further injuries if any. Please build consistency in information given and better handle baby PT. Other than that I appreciate the work you do for the community.
