I just got off of the phone with someone very rude. The document I need a notary for says that I need a notary to witness the signing of a document. I relayed that and the person said they don't witness, they notarize. Then I was being patronized for saying \witness\ and was continually being told it's different. This was about a 2 minute conversation before I told them I would use someone else's service. We parted and that was it. So in essence this business could perform what I needed however the person on the line wanted to play semantics and not provide good customer service.
