This place has a reputation for not quoting a price and charging your card for way more than it costs at other places. I got a bottle that cost 50 elsewhere. That dishonest woman charged my card for 80. I said “wait what?!”. How is this possible? She said “well you also got 3 limes.” When I asked how much the limes were, she knew she was busted. She tried to walk away and not answer me. I finally got her to say the limes were .99 apiece. I asked how 50 became 80. She said there is tax. When I looked at her like she was crazy she said “oh sorry I overcharged you”, and brought me 3 in return. Do not get ripped off by this place like I did.

We were on vacation in the area and stoped there on a Thursday night and the guy changed me 43.00 for two 12 pack of of beer did not tell me the price until he ran my card and I looked at the receipt. That was double the price any where else

Wound up here mistakenly thinking I could buy hard liquor after 9PM. FYI, Texas state law prohibits buying hard liquor after 9. They can't do anything about it, it's the law, not their fault. However, they do stay open later and are able to sell beer/wine/the lame stuff you buy when liquor is out of the question (Thanks Texas). Very friendly place with a great drive through and a large selection of said beer and wine (can't tell you about the hard stuff since I got there late), and the guy who helped me was overly friendly and apologetic about something he had no power over. Has an adorable dog that will bring you a ball and beg to play fetch. However, she won't give up the ball. Just wait for her to drop it in front of you. Anyway, great place, would go again if I wound up on that side of Austin again, and very nice staff. Highly recommend petting the dog.
