I'm a professional fighter with 12 years of experience. I've been training at Cooper MMA for 4 years and have never had this level of quality of not only training, but just people in general. The gym is spotless, cleaned often, fogged with GermX, and there are no egos to speak of. This is a great environment to train in!

I walked in today to start the free trial and I have never been ignored so hard. At this point I’m not even sure if the woman at the front desk actually worked there lol. I walked up and said hi how are you and looked at her. She just looked down at her dog. I said oh cute dog. She didn’t look or speak to me for probably 5 minutes while I stood there looking at her. I eventually felt so awkward I just left. I got to my car and started laughing I’ve never had an experience like that. I’m shy so this might not be a big deal for others but I thought it was so surprising and odd I had to write about it.

My son started out at Cooper's after having an instance with bullying at school. Sean Cooper, and his team of great coaches, provided him with very practical tools to help defend himself. More importantly, training at the gym and the encouragement that he received from Sean and the coaches gave him back his self-confidence. Having others recognize his hard work and accomplishment was a turning point in his life. Who knew, that after one year of watching my son train that I would give it a go. After training for a handful of years, I love the sport and the gym is like extended family. Cooper MMA is a great place to train and learn. Family friendly and I could not recommend it more.
