We ordered a \gift card\ with our company's branding a few weeks back. They printed and shipped it out timely. Last week we realized we hadn't received the package yet. On a Tuesday I contacted Creative Station around 5 PM about the problem, they told me they were just leaving but would get back to me. The next morning I woke up with an email from Ian saying that he was investigating the delivery issue with UPS but did not want me to wait, so he went ahead and pushed through another print and would get them out as soon as he could. We received the package on Saturday. We have used Creative Station a few times over the years and it's always a easy and pleasant experience, and they have offered great recommendations on multiple occasions. Will continue using Creative Station for printing needs. Highly recommended.

I design my own banners for work and have printed two large 4ftx10ft banners here. They are both very good quality and not at all grainy! They are also very responsive and have a pretty quick turn-around time. I'll for sure be using them in the future to print for my company!!

Called to have a quote created and they refused to do it over the phone. Will take my business elsewhere! Please reference the owners reply on Yelp in which he states I should have used the time I used to write them an unpleasant review to visit his website. I’m sorry you had to use COVID to justify your employees lack of customer service.

If you want it done right, get it done here! Carlos, Mike, and Naomi are superstars by nature and rockstars by trade, they'll make sure YOU get exactly what YOU need, and in due time (literally). The office is cozy and their music selection is great so a few minutes - - or hours depending on your order size - - spent here are right under a few minutes in creation heaven.
