I just moved in around January but so far the staff has been amazing and so helpful. I had a few issues once I moved in and they fixed everything and in a timely manner. Worst thing I could say is parking sometimes is hard to find around my apartment but never had to park too far away.

Their A/Cs freeze over in the summer and leak water through the floor and carpet. Roaches are constantly an issue. The gates always break, they've shut the hot water off for over a week multiple times, and will usually keep your deposit no matter what condition your apartment is in. Also its a bad area, so don't have any packages delivered here. They will go missing.

very poor management. complained multiple times, no one cares. This place is in need of new management that can take care of their resident. Unbelievable I have been a loyal resident for 2 years and now they are trying to charge me extra as I won't renew the lease. seriously this is how ya guys do business. ya don't even deserve the 1 star. oh almost forgot to mention, the towing company was almost going to tow away my car even-tho it has the sticker, So lucky i was outside and i saw the guy so i asked him to leave my car away or i would call the police, and he left because he knew he messed up. i guess they just started a deal with this towing company to make more money. this is just a shame, that they find these nasty ways to make more money.

Just picked up some friends but I wouldn't live here, the appearance is not inviting and I had to witness a girl fight 2 buildings down from I picked up my friends
