i was charged much more than originally quoted over the phone and it’s not clear that the rug was even cleaned. if i had to do it over again, i would put the money towards a vacuum or steam cleaner. i do not recommend this service.

Had Deep Eddy out to clean some carpet for me. They did a really nice job of explaining what they could and could not do. Everything turned out better than I expected. While they were there I asked them to clean a rug for me. Luis explained to me how they don't clean rugs in home. He offered to take the rug back with him and have it cleaned at their shop. Overall great experience. Highly Recommend!!!
Extremely happy with all aspects of service. Getting a quote , customer service, the actual cleaning job- all perfect and seamless and at a very reasonable price. I chose Deep Eddy Rug & Carpet Cleaner because they came highly recommended to me by several local Neighborhood online forums. I can now see why.
