We LOVE Dr. Rainey. My daughter has been seeing her for years. She is knowledgable and has a lot of patience. The staff are all super friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Best children's eye doctor in the Austin area.

Took a long time on the waitlist to get the first appointment but it was worth it. They were super helpful and told us that my daughter didn't need the glasses that were previously prescribed by \pediatric optometrist.\ Plus, now that we are established patients, we have been able to get appointments within a week. Highly recommend!

This was my first time taking my son to get an eye exam which was recommended by his pediatric doctor. I chose the austin location and I'm so glad I did. The front desk was very friendly and always had a smile when I spoke to her. The nurse and doctor that saw my son made this whole experience for us amazing. They were extremely patient and friendly which was nice seeing as my son is 3 years old and did not want to be there. His screaming, yelling and crying did not change the tone in there voice when they were trying to relax him and make him feel like they were a friend not a doctor. I cant ask for better people to work there because they already do. I would definitely recommend this location!
