They don't have a fix location. You can track them down on their website. The food truck is normally on 3rd and Congress on Fridays. The food tasstes fine, not very Chinese, though.

Love the richness of the gravy here. Huge portions and consistent in quality. Not really the place for variety as the menu is limited, even more so for a vegetarian like me. But if you are a fan of rich gravies, this is definitely worth checking out.

FYI the published location is not where food is served from. This is just where the food truck is parked. I found out the hard way after a half an hour drive from NW Austin to come check out the food, but it was not to be. I gave it 4* assuming the food is good. I'll update the review once I have a chance to try it through delivery.

I was not impressed by the food. I ordered the golden nugget chicken. The chicken pieces were too big (more like tenders and NOT nuggets), the meal was cold, and the chicken still had pink areas. I had to throw my lunch away and grab something else. I would NOT recommend this food truck.

I used to be a HUGE DFG fan, but sadly, the quality of the food has really dropped and the new staff in the truck seem to really struggle in getting correct orders out. With the staff struggling, they seem super stressed and do not reflect the happy and excited DFG staff I have known and loved over the years. I recently ordered the Golden Nuggets with the Scholar noodles and ended up with a greasy and over battered mess of chicken. The noodles are really lacking flavor and have over done pork belly that is very tough. I am still giving them a 2 star because I have been a customer for so long and I still have hope that the old DFG will return soon.

Chinese food and the scene here is excellent. Got there near six, it wasn't packed at all. The bill was appropriate. Makes me feel like I am back in Tucson.

Excellent food, even better customer service. The guys who work at the Congress Location are always in a good mood, working hard , and extremely kind. Rare find all around in Austin.

One of my top locations for quality chinese food. i was super full. i had a brother come into town and he asked me to go back here. prices are appropriate for the quality. ambience reminds me of colorado springs area.
