I was able to land a walk-in visit for a flat fix. Reasonably, everywhere in Austin is a wait. However, the need outweighed the time, and ultimately, Louis and the crew will take care of you. Thanks for the help service peoples!! Made my day a little better.

I purchased tires online. I drop my vehicle off to have the new tires installed. A few days aftet getting my driving my vehicle the check tire pressure light came on. I check my tire pressure. Which should be at 80PSI. They are at 40PSI. Make sure that you check them on their work.
I had a nail in my back tire and just wanted it to get patched up. And the tech basically told me if I can’t do anything about the nail. I need a backup plan. As I were Obligated to buy a new pair of tires right then and there. Customer service was not there. I told him I will explore other options. I called the discount tire off 183. (That’s where I usually go) and they where glad to help me . I didn’t catch the Techs name on Ben white.

These guys are working there butt off in 100 degree heat and willing to install tires 2 and half hours past closing. They again took care of me like family. You shouldn’t use any other tire company as a Texan. Thank you to David at this location for taking care of me a few minutes as they closed for holiday weekend. My deal on my Michelin’s even has roadside assistance to go nicely with my certificates. Flats are a non issue for three years and I walked out the door with a deal I talked about on the way out.
