I have not been here. I sent an email asking to be contacted for classes amd received no response.

I had an appointment set up last week for Rachael to evaluate my dog so that we could begin training and all. However, when I got there, I knew something was off. The house that it is held at is in worse condition than the pictures they had sent originally showed. Of course, I was able to overlook this detail since it is a dog school. However, I arrived at around 7:20pm since our appointment was for 7:30pm. I waited until around 7:40pm since I thought maybe she had an appointment before me and was just running behind. However, at around 7:50 I was worried that she had just bailed on me. So, I called and got no reply on the phone. By that time, the sun was going down, and I just got an extremely uneasy feeling about the entire thing. So, I booked it out of there before anything bad happened. Of course, this past week, nobody has even had the decency to call or email us back about why they never bothered to show up or let me know they weren't going to make it. This is the worst service I've received and I definitely do not recommend this to anybody else.
Owner had a hard time paying on time .When she did it was a bad check that would be replaced a week later. Selling clients training plans that don't get fulfilled on a daily basis. No one was getting their money's worth. If you're considering this place, keep looking. I quit after 6 weeks when my second and third check went bad. The owner has real upkeep issues and major business management flaws.

The place is run down. Communication takes days. My dog was returned to me with her hip bones showing, she got a parasite from dirty water. She has been sick on and off since she was returned to me on feb 15th. Rachel decided to up my dogs food intake, the last week of training when its way obvious the dog was losing weight too fast and conveniently ran out of dog food on the day of my dog being returned. I let them know that my dog was not able to keep food down since rachel brought her to my house. Definitely not worth the money i paid and im disappointed in myself for not doing more research.
One of their vans cut me off in traffic, with dogs in their car, almost caused a wreck, and AND caused traffic to congest because they were blocking two lanes. Wouldn’t recommend placing your dogs with these people unless you want to risk the safety of your dogs. I know I certainly wouldn’t with my pets.
My dog is great and I could not have had such a well trained dog without the help of everyone from Austin Dog School.
