Jennifer and the entire team are fabulous. They do not rush you in and out. They are extremely thorough. Going to the doctor, especially for routine exams, is not the most fun, but the entire staff makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Jennifer and her team truly care about the health and well-being of their patients. They listen thoroughly and check back with you often to make sure you are getting best care possible.

UPDATE: A man from the office came to the parking garage to take a picture of my car and license plate. This doctor office is up to no good... If I could give zero stars I would. This doctor has the worst bedside manner I've ever seen in a professional which almost makes me wonder if she's racist or is just in it for the money. She wanted to push products and services on me and when I declined she ended our visit and wouldn't give me a referral to the doctor I needed to see. I'm reporting her to my insurance company. Will not be returning. Her staff even looked scared.

Where do I start? I moved to Austin in July looking for a good general doctor who took time to listen. I hit the jackpot with Dr Freeman! She has helped me lose weight, feel confident, transform how I think & feel more joyful. She has taught me positive life skills that I use every day! I respect her for her professionalism but mostly her compassion & kindness. She moves me to tears when she speaks in a caring & empathetic way. I am by no means a “crier” so this is huge. If you want to see a doctor who takes time to listen and who is caring & kind, she’s your lady!

Everyone at Downtown Dr is warm and professional. They take time to understand my needs and I never feel rushed. Special shout out to Melody, who is the most caring, thorough PA. She has been extraordinarily helpful in addressing my overall health care. You can’t go wrong with these great people.

I have been a long time patient at downtown doctor, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they provide. I completely trust and depend on Dr. Freeman and Melody Mateo with any concern with my health no matter how big or small. They have taken care of everything from minor sicknesses to major chronic illness for almost 5 years now. I honestly wouldn’t know what I’d do if I didn’t find downtown doctor. I’m not just posting this review to be nice, or because I was asked to. I want other people to know they can rely on dt doctor because there seems to be some bad reviews. The only thing I can figure out, is if you walk in you may have to wait a short period of time. But it’s a very small clinic so make an appointment. The fact she’s willing to take walk-ins as a small clinic is amazing as it is. So those who’ve complained about downtown doctor or either lying or out of their mind. Thank you Dr Freeman and Melody, I’m forever grateful.
