All my life I have struggled with hearing loss. I been through 3 ear surgeries to remove cholesteatoma's and amongst other repairs to preserve what hearing I have. My hearing issues have created many embarrassing moments in my life. The general public have little patience for such hearing conditions. A few weeks back I was blessed with meeting DR Tobey and DR Greger at Austin ENT Clinic. DR Tobey and DR Greger took time to listen to me go on about my hearing struggles. I never felt rushed or like an inconvenience as I have at other ENT practices. All the years of seeing ENT Physicians I never had the high level of quality care like DR Tobey and DR Greger have provided. I can't thank DR Tobey, DR Greger, and Jessica enough for working with TWC to provide me with new Oticon hearing aides, and improving my hearing. As I write the post I can hear the birds chirping and the wind chimes outside. Thank you DR Tobey, DR Greger, Jessica, and the Austin ENT Clinic. I am very grateful.

Nasty rude nurses. Lauren should not deal with the public. Seek another doctor

Thoroughly displeased with the way that my services were billed. I was concerned with the outcome from my surgery, I had a reduction in turbinates and corrected deviated septum, but ever since that, I've had never ending post-nasal drip. Tobey suggested to have additional testing, I was referred to their location downtown. The test was for allergies, just a general allergy panel. I was told that they would normally do the testing in their building, but they don't have the space for it. I was quoted 41 co-pay and agreed, ended up paying in total 400. The actual billed amount would have been 1080, but I guess thats why there is insurance. Of course after the fact, I have no leg to stand on, either I pay, or it affects my credit score. The worst part? The allergy panel was next to useless. I'm truly disappointed. Just be more transparent about these costs, I followed the doctor's orders because I was concerned with a surgery outcome, and then paying after the fact that for something that I did not value is not an appropriate way to do business. I'd fight this in claims court, but why bother paying the 101 fee? Its just the right amount of cost for it to not be worth it to fight in court, too expensive to waive off, but just enough to upset a customer for life. Tobey is knowledgeable but I've gotta say, someone who handles the billing did not make this clear to me, and the fault is on them for misleading me. I will not return.

Your receptionist needs to be replaced. You lost my business because she was EXTREMELY rude. I am patient when on hold but the way she spoke to me was unacceptable. call was made on 1/31/2020 at 11:00 am.
