During the snowstorm, with most restaurants shutdown, Eddie V's came through. They only offered takeout and a fixed menu, but it was great! Perfectly cooked ribeye with fries and lobster bisque. For takeout, they packaged everything separately, including the lobster and bisque, so the food would still be delicious when opened up at home. Service was great and the food was ready exactly as scheduled - no small feat considering this was one of the few restaurants open during the storm. Well done and thanks for feeding a desperate city!

Eddie V's was a great establishment, very clean and inviting. Unfortunately, we were not able to make a reservation but they were able to still seat us. We were celebrating our anniversary and my birthday and they surprised us with rose petals on the table and a personalized card. The drink I had, the Red Dragon, was delish to me. It was super strong but not to where the alcohol was overwhelming. The flavor and seasoning on all of the food we ordered was on point. The lobster and shrimp were cooked well. The only two issues we had was that his steak, ordered medium, had quite a bit of well done areas as did mine but no as much as his. The bread that came to the table was very hard, wish they would have had softer bread or rolls. Overall, we enjoyed every minute here and would come back again when visiting Austin.

It was my first time visiting Eddie V's and also eating somewhere with 4\\s. I'm not sure what I was expecting but they absolutely exceeded my expectations. It was our first anniversary and from entrance to exit they made us feel so honored with an entire anniversary experience. A card, rose petals, and treats from the chef. This place really exudes what fine dining should look like in every sense of the word. I'd highly recommend coming here for any experience but would highly recommend if it's a special occasion.

Fine dining at its best! We decided to celebrate our anniversary and what an experience we had - amazing to say the least. Everything was well thought out by the staff. As soon as we arrived, our table was well prepared for a celebratory mood with rose petals including a card signed by the staff. The restaurant provided champagne and a delicious dessert sampler specially prepared by the chef all of which were on the house. The service was exceptional and everyone made us feel extra special - including the valet. The food was sumptuous. Best salmon we have ever had, it was soooo good! Would highly recommend Eddie V’s. Prime Seafood.

Visited for the first time with my husband for our 1st wedding anniversary on 1.1.21. We had such a great time. The food was incredible (I had Chilean Sea Bass in the soy broth with scallops and lobster bisque, he had salmon, we shared scalloped potatoes and had other welcome chef surprises.) Look... even the bread was delightful. The cocktails were yummy, the service was impeccable and the servers appropriately distanced themselves and wore masks. I told my husband I need Eddie V's to be our repeat destination for every future anniversary and to that he agreed!
