I recently stayed at Elite post suites after a major surgery. The surgery alone was scary enough, but not having someone at home was even more stressful that's why I looked into other options. The facility was so nice! When I arrived at elite suites the nurse on staff was so kind. I stressed to her that I was having major anxiety and I felt like I could not catch my breath. She immediately took my blood pressure and checked my oxygen. She reassured me everything was normal and that I may be feeling anxious from the anesthesia, she checked on me frequently and stayed on top of my pain. The staff was very pleasant and very professional. I did have some nausea and it was really hard to keep food down so they slowly introduced me to solid foods which made a big difference! I know I would have been a mess had I gone home. Thank Goodness there is a place in Austin that is available for people like me that just needed a couple of days to recoup so I did not have to put a family member or friend out! Thank you again for an excellent experience!!
I stayed almost a week at this fabulous post op center hidden in the hills of Westlake. I’m single and really needed care after surgery. It was so comforting to have Around the Clock assistance . I felt like I was on vacation with every need satisfied. The staff was so special and made me feel that way as well. Food and drink were brought to me at the click of a button. I even had my breakfast and coffee on the front porch a few mornings. Everything prepared with all my quirky specifications. I was even escorted to my first post op meeting at the doctors office. It was so delightful and highly recommend.- it felt like a vacation spa in a home like setting.
I recently had cosmetic surgery and stayed 3 nights at Elite Suites. I can't say enough good things about them! From Nancy setting everything up, to Kristy picking me up from surgery and taking me there, as well as Meredith, Mellie and Erica taking excellent care of me! I will forever be grateful for them! Trust me when I say it will be money well spent ! Invest in yourself! You will grateful you did.
Nurses were very professional and very personable. They served great food and the accommodations were immaculate. The nurses made sure I had lots of entertainment options included TV, reading or just resting. ES is a great place to go for recovery!
