Ely Properties recently sold my wife and I a property and we couldn't have been happier. Matt was our agent and he was great to work with. He really fought for us and ensured we got what we deserved as buyers. Matt was very responsive. He answered all of our calls and text messages right away. If you are looking at purchasing a new property, talk with Matt Ely. He will fight for you and get the sale done fast!
Upon move out and walk through with Jeremy (maintenance worker) we were told that he saw no need for us to be charged a cleaning fee and no areas in which we would incur charges. Low and behold a month later we receive our security deposit and attached is a 250 dollar cleaning fee among other charges. My roommates and I spent a total of 16 hours cleaning and scrubbing every inch of our 2 bedroom apartment and even hired a professional maid to come in and finalize the job. Attached are photos of our apartment. You tell me where they could have possibly hired someone to clean our apartment, especially for 250. Not only that but it has been 10 days since we have emailed Ely Properties and have only been ignored. This situation is unacceptable, and they shouldn't treat residence this way especially people who have lived on their property for the better part of 3 years.
The receptionist was the most helpful and responsive person I’ve ever encountered. She quickly answered all my questions and went above and beyond in helping me find a reliable bus route. The owner of the company Matt Ely also helped tremendously with my move with them. He allowed us to move in early and accepted every single request we put in! This experience has been a blessing and I can’t wait to start this new chapter of my life. Thank you Ely Properties
