They brought us to the emergency room quickly, and they did check on us often. The staff was friendly. Main downfall was that they found infection in my mom's blood, but sent her home. We had to go back the next day, at which time they found she was septic, had to be admitted, and now has strong antibiotics for 2 weeks. Once she was admitted, the nurses were very attentive; EVERY time my mom rang for them, they were there asap. Great nursing staff on the 4th floor!

My doctor, X-ray tech & 2 nurses were all fantastic. Informative, attentive, & certainly competent. My trip to the er was as positive as it could have been under the circumstances.

I'm not sure if I have ever received worse healthcare by any facility...EVER. My wife is experiencing symptoms that appear to be gallbladder related. She has been severely vomiting with excruciating upper abdominal pain on the right side. Her PCP recommended that we get her to an ER. So I bring her to Seton Northwest ER. The ER doctor came in the room and witnessed my wife severely vomiting and dry heaving and before the first test was ran...The ER doctor said..\Yeah I don't think that we're going to get this figured out today\ Really?? Her PCP sent her here for you to take care of her. After an X-ray and CAT Scan, well nothing looks blocked so take some nausea medicine and follow up with your PCP. We're working now with Baylor Scott and White to get her admitted for an emergency upper GI endoscopy. I won't ever use nor recommend Ascension Seton to anyone. Find another ER. No sense in paying absorbent amount of health costs fees just to be told to go home and feel better.

My experience is not consistent with what I am reading from other patients. I was treated with kindness and compassion from registration to discharge. \u200d️
