Every time i call them i get a different answer to the same question. How many variations can there be i wonder. Do they not have a set procedure or are they all temp workers?

NO REASONABLE SERVICE. I'm hanging up now. I called today, 08-Oct-2020, at 10:30 am. It's 11:10 am. I'm hanging up now as I need to eat lunch. No person answered. Annoying music then message then music and then message, ad nauseam. You have to listen to it because you are waiting for a person to answer that never answers. What company has this contract? Who is getting paid for this? No reasonable service. Only put a star so that I could click the post button on the review.

Impossible to get to. Once you get through the automated attendant and think you are on hold...it cuts you off. May not be automated attendant but over loaded CS doing the cut offs.

Today I called to report that I received my Medicare card. After a kind of long waiting on hold time , I was able to speak with someone that gave me the brush off treatment by saying that all matters can be done online. Is like he was telling me why do you bother us by calling? To that I told him, oh , I did not know that I could put my Medicare information online. Of course is not done like that. So to that he said , let me transfer you to a specialist. Then after another long time waiting, I was greeted by Chris who was very polite but not very knowledgeable so I had to make the same question in three ways to get the answer I needed. So finally I was able to do my selection that should be effective in three months. I hope everything gets to be the way I need it, if not, I’ll be calling again.
