The rug delivered was soiled and did not look like the sample, the pad was not big enough. I wanted to return for a refund. But the saleslady delayed endlessly trying to show me other rugs, none of them coordinated and they keep trying to sell me another rug. They still have not picked up the undesirable rug which I keep folded back so that it is not walked on. Very annoying run around. Cannot get this rug out of my living room and resolve this problem. Also issues with their delivery men.

Still waiting on warranty work that has taken months. After sending the wrong item for the repair, I am wondering if it will ever get fixed. Definitely not the Ethan Allen experience you expect. The communication has been horrible as well. Buy furniture elsewhere.
