I year ago I transferred my account to Everstone Insurance because I felt I only receiving the bare minimum service, to say the least, from my old insurance broker. This September was the insurance renewal date so Everstone reviewed my old policies and DISCOVERED I WAS OVER INJURED, paying for insurance I didn’t need (that didn’t surprise me considering my old broker only emailed me once a year at renewal time). Lee reviewed my insurance needs and provided three proposals from three different insurance companies, explained the differences and helped me select the best option based on my needs. Through great customer service and persistence on Lee’s behalf Everstone was able to SAVE ME 1100!! NOW THAT'S IS A STORY WORTH WRITING ABOUT. I asked a thousand questions and I kinda felt bad for Lee because I asked so many questions in different ways that I was sure he was going to become frustrated and hang up on me. I explained that was my ADD kicking in! Lee was not only patient and thorough but, also, quite generous of his time. He never made me feel rushed nor feel like I was taking up too much of his time. In fact, he stayed after business hours to complete the process of my new application. Moreover, he telephoned me a few days later to inform me of another adjustment to my policy saving me even more money. WOW! Now that’s what I needed to hear for a change. There has always been someone to answer the phone, resolve my problem and direct to the right solution. Thomas Garza and his family have a thriving insurance business here in Austin. I really appreciate all their hard work and outstanding service. Everstone Insurance is WELL WORTH A CALL JUST TO COMPARE PRICES!
