I went today with a couple of online returns and they were really friendly. I don’t usually review retail but I noticed their clothing racks (even then clearance) was so nicely organized and orderly, it was a joy to browse. Definitely will go back!

Not really your customer service kinda people
I recently started shopping here and absolutely love it. Especially all the amazing customer service support from Kylie. She’s super knowledgeable, friendly, and beyond helpful. Will definitely be back
Megan, the manager here is undoubtedly the rudest sales clerk I have ever met in my life. I came in to process a normal online return and she aggressively started shouting at me. I have a corporate dept store background and know this is completely unacceptable behavior. I had planned to shop for the holidays in the store but due to her obscene behavior, I left immediately. Other customers were shocked at Megan's behavior.
This place is not the friendliest I was shopping for my boyfriend and trying to get some help Since I’ve never shopped for him before and the clothes I brought home just didn’t work and it was a complete mess but it was a good time with my boyfriend regardless we took all the items back and got a full refund.
