I was quite happy with the Covid-19 precautions. The waiting room was fairly empty and people sat far apart with masks. The technicians and the doctor (Peter Wollan) were all very friendly (and masked) and explained quite thoroughly what was going on. I thought they were more than competent and very professional and affable. I enjoyed the visit. The receptionist at the front desk was very helpful and forthcoming about how insurance works (or doesn't work) with my Medicare Advantage program.

They take great care to keep us socially distance. Everyone is very kind and efficient. I arrived on time and we started the exam quickly. Every seat was cleaned before I sat down. Thank you for your professional service
I just love this place! It is very clean, calm, and quiet. Parking is free and there is always plenty of it. I was initially referred by my PCP because I had a piece of glass in my eye, but have started going annually for my routine eye exam. Dr. Ryg is the physician I see, and he is so kind, as are all of the various staff, nurses, and techs. Everyone takes time to do a thorough exam, explain the process, and to be reassuring. My results are always explained to me thoughtfully with allowances for light banter and any follow-up questions. Seems odd, but I do look forward to this visit each year!
I've been going to EPA since I was little bitty, I think 2nd grade was when I got my first pair of glasses. I've worked with different doctors there, but they all take good care of you and keep you seeing clearly. I especially appreciate how they've kept up with the latest technology and can get you in and out quickly with a new prescription or treatment for any eye condition.
Always a pleasure to visit with Dr. Buckingham and her most competent staff. . We drive a good distance just to know the best equipment and competent staff is at the ready to keep track of our vision. Would not want to go elsewhere. Gene and Linda Newocmb
