Dr. Park is great; she’s so nice and informative. I have been going here for a few years for eye exams and they are more thorough than any other eye doctor I have ever been to! They have a great selection of modern and stylish frames as well.

I saw Dr. Park yesterday and can not sing enough praises about her and her entire office staff. From the second I made my appointment to the second I left, they were kind, attentive and went above and beyond in every way possible. A lot of doctors offices don't realize that a friendly and attentive front office staff really goes a long way and they are fantastic. I've been struggling with some extremely frustrating eye/vision issues for over a year and have seen multiple eye doctors and vision specialists who have been dismissive and wouldn't spend more than 10 minutes listening to my complaints. The staff ensured to schedule me a visit that would give me sufficient time with Dr. Park and my time with her was invaluable. She was beyond kind and sympathetic to my situation, she took the time out of her busy schedule to truly explain to me what was going on and what the detailed plan moving forward would be. I've been an RN for 18 years now and as both a healthcare professional and as a patient myself I can tell you doctors like her do not come around often. She's incredible and I'm so thankful I found her.
All of my experiences with EyeJoy have been positive ones; however, today's experience was exceptionally great. Not only was the staff taking appropriate precautionary measures due to COVID that made me feel safe as a patient, but Dr. Park took the time to really go over my prescription and explain my results. Later that afternoon, I was having second thoughts about my glasses purchase, and Kevin and Emily were flexible, understanding, and helpful over the phone. I appreciate the positive, informative, and customer-driven atmosphere at EyeJoy (in addition to the beautiful, stylish decor), and will continue to be a happy patient of theirs.
I've been visiting eye doctors since I was 2 years old, and all of my previous positive experiences pale in comparison to EyeJoy. The space itself is beautiful and immaculately clean, the staff is very engaging, friendly, and good listeners, and the testing equipment is top of the line. Additionally, their COVID-19 precautionary measures are above and beyond and made me feel safe while I was there. So very grateful for them and I will not be going anywhere else as long as I live in Austin.
Treated us awfully. The people at the store didn't want to do their jobs, didn't know anything about the products they had, and were more terrified about catching Covid than they were about making a sell. Don't come here, go anywhere else where you will be treated as an actual human being rather than as a virus machine. If you're so afraid of Covid, DON'T OPEN YOUR DOORS.
