We used Fannin Professional Services to clean our metal roof and gutters, and wash our exterior windows. From the estimate by Joe through to the end of the service, the personnel were helpful, informative, and friendly. They did an excellent job and Kraig, part of a team of 3, was very good at communicating what they were going to do and how it was going throughout the day and any concerns that came up. I am very glad that we choose Fannin. It is gratifying to not only get a great service but also feel appreciated as a customer. Many businesses do not get that right. I highly recommend Fannin.

My husband and I moved away from Austin three and a half years ago but continue to lease out our condo. We trust Fannin to do a great job of helping to prepare the place for new tenants, i.e. washing the windows and power washing the front walkway. These guys are super professional. They follow up from start to finish. All of the people on Joe's team are excellent communicators. They tell you what their process is and then deliver! Robert and Stevie came out to clean the windows on my house and just went above and beyond. My garage has frosted windows and they cleaned those, but then decided that it made the dirt on my garage door more noticeable (something I had been meaning to get to!) so they decided to just quickly clean the entire garage door free of charge just so that the finished product would be that much nicer. I'll be requesting them every time from now on!
