Farmhouse has by far been the best home I've had since moving to Austin a couple years ago. They have the friendliest, most welcoming staff who is dedicated to ensuring you have the absolute best experience as possible. My favorite part of the complex is the dog park and the awesome community of dog owners. My pup always has tons of room to play and his best buds are right there with him! Every issue we come across is fixed immediately and there has been very few of them. If I ever move back to Austin I will be back! ️

Farmhouse has been a lovely place to live through and through. David, along with the other staff at the Farm have shown professionalism and respect towards all guests who reside here at Farmhouse. Big open field at the dog park, dog washing station, a plethora of other things too we enjoyed while living here. Highly recommend it! Have had friends be some of the first residents here, and will continue to let friends know about this place!
I’ve lived here for over a year, the maintenance is good, but it ends there. They used to have resident events with free food and goodies, now they just bring out food trucks you pay for. The office could care less often you receive a sassy response or no action at all. I’ve had loud neighbors and one who even let their dog poop on the porch, I told the office and they did nothing to fix either of them. Also if someone threatens you in the parking lot just call the cops the office won’t do anything
Been here for 2 months and it has been a great place to live! Apartments are nice and modern, amenities are great and the staff is really friendly. April made the application and moving process very easy. She has help me with every and any question/concern I've had. Overall: great hardworking staff and place to live.
I am a Amazon carrier, Best reception I’ve ever had to deal with, the receptionist in the front is very helpful and nice. Clean and luxurious. I wouldn’t mind living here if I was looking for an apartment. And the security is amazing.
