I had something lodged deep in my ear canal. Thought I might have to get it surgically removed. I thought at the very least I would miss my special dinner. Neither of those things happened. The adept practitioner was able to locate the thing and remove it in less than a half an hour. I made it to my dinner without a glitch! Amazing!

Super easy check in online. Awesome staff. Quick. I received the bill with a notice that I had a balance of 75.00. I called customer service waited 15 min. Left a message with account info and charge detail. No one ever got back to me Its been a month. Called again today . On the line for 10 min. No assistance. I understand that the customer service team may be busy but it's important for them to follow up with clients and code properly. Thanks

This place is wonderful. The nurse practitioner who got the large splinter burried in my leg was super professional and dedicated to getting it out of there. It took a while and he could have given up but he was dedicated to finding it and removing it. Just a top quality guy. Everyone at the clinic was nice and professional. He really helped me out and I will recommend this clinic to everyone.

Very long wait time. Definitely not an urgent clinic. I came in for a standard employment drug screening during downtime. There were was only 1 person ahead of me. I waited almost an hour on a very full bladder, aching, tapping my leg, holding my bladder, etc. I had to walk out. I’m only glad I didn’t come in for a medical emergency or I’d probably be dead (and I’m not exaggerating). I told the front desk assistant, she didn’t care. Nor did her superior care when I said it was really an emergency and needed to pee immediately. I had to leave. Also, only come here if you have leisure time.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I was prescribed antibiotics for a wound. They said they sent it to the pharmacy. I go right after visiting. Not at pharmacy. I call fastmed. No answer. I wait till the next day. Still not at pharmacy. I call fastmed twice, no answer sent to voicemail, leave two messages. They never call back. So I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to get their attention. They say we are calling it in. Still it is not at the pharmacy. And they are still not answering their phones. Update: day three of trying to get a much needed prescription. Starting calling as soon as they opened. Still no answer and no point leaving a message because they don’t check them or call back.
