FedEx driver from this location (according to FedEx) hit my parked car at my apartment and took off. Now FedEx will not communicate with me or follow up. 3000 in damages. No accountability. And this seems to happen a lot and FedEx doesn’t care. Just Google “FedEx hit my car”. Own up to your injustice FedEx!

Apparently the driver that suppose to deliver never shown up, and mark on the status that they made attempt but that's a big fat bs. I been waiting since last friday for this gift im getting for my sibling and yet the customer support is making excuses and they \couldn't\ find the package till i figured out its here but they said the company that sent the package put a restriction even though they stated if i want to pick it up, i just have Lazedex change the thing and allow me to pick it up. This a poor excuse of a delivering service, and i will avoid this service like avoiding corvid.
Whoever is the driver that goes to Dripping Springs, you have some explaining to do. You supposedly delivered my package at my door at 4:15pm on Saturday the 17th, that a lie because I have a camera at my front door and nobody came to my house at all on Saturday. Also I had made instructions to have my package delivered to Walgreens in Dripping Springs. I always have my package delivered Walgreens not to my home. Where is my package??? This is the second time this happened to me. I really hate to think that the driver is stealing stuff that doesn't belong to them.
Not sure if I'm leaving this in the right location, but just had excellent delivery help by Mike Troy. We have employees working remotely during Covid. Package was very unexpectedly unwieldy and I would not have been able to get the shipment into the building without his help. If anyone reads this and can get this message of appreciation to his part of the organization, please do!!
