Dr Fifield and his team have been taking care of my teeth for about a decade now. In an age where everybody is trying to sell you on something, I really appreciate Dr Fifield's old school approach of keeping it simple and honest and not trying to sell me on anything. I highly recommend them.

Carla and Marysol are terrific hygienists! Ive always felt comfortable with them, and my teeth feel great after a scheduled cleaning! Dr. Fifield always comes in to do a check-up for any issues, which other dental offices I've been to in the past don't usually do. It is a small local business that I feel great about supporting!
Dr. Fifield is, put simply, far superior. You will not find a better dentist in the Lakeway/Austin area. We live in the Round Rock area and make the drive out to see him because he and his staff are awesome. Dr. Fifield values his patients, their time, and doesn’t force unnecessary or extensive treatment. He educated his patients on all of their options for treatment and works with his patients to help them achieve their desired outcome. His commitment to his craft & excellent dentistry is unparalleled. Likewise, he runs his practice with patient care in mind. I don’t even know why they have chairs in the reception room because within minutes of checking in, you’re promptly called back. The entire staff greets you with a smile. The office is CLEAN. BOTH of his hygienists are top-notch and always make a cleaning enjoyable. And to top it off, he’s phenominal with kids. I can not say enough good things about this dentist, his practice, and his commitment to his patients. 39 years of experience, and he still shows up to work every day, motivated & ready to go. This is one dentist you can absolutely trust!
If you need a great dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Fifield in Lakeway. He is the best!!!! I use to be scared of the dentist but not anymore. He is so gentle, he explains everything he's doing and nothing at all hurts, not even the shot!!!!! Also, his Dental Asst. is wonderful as well. Her name is April and she's THE BEST!!!!!!!
