I was so excited about my visit to First Watch, but it was quickly sullied by their lackluster customer service. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted and seated. Their hospitality began and ended there. I waited for more than 10 minutes for someone to come over to say hello, and at least offer me a glass of water, but it never happened, even after making prolonged eye contact with one of the servers. I decided to take my business elsewhere. Such a shame, I had high hopes, but it is safe to say that I will not return.
Got the chicken breakfast tacos. Did over hard instead of scrambled for the eggs and honestly loved it. They were actually cooked well. And I know that can be hard to say of over hard eggs. Kindly did potatoes for the black beans as well which helped. Very meager on the chorizo, but do think it was cooked incredibly well.
Highly recommend this place for breakfast ' kinda pricey for breakfast but I enjoyed it! Who doesn't deserve to start your day energized
I have been here many times over the last 7 years. Overall it's a good place. I have had some issues with wrong food and once a super rude waiter who no longer is staff. If you want good healthy food for fair price this is the place.
