I would highly recommend this home health care company. My dad is 91 and mom is 88 and has dementia. My dad said my mom did not want anyone in her house and resisted having help. We signed up on a Wednesday and they were able to provide a care giver that Friday who had experience working with dementia. Once she arrived my dad talked her ear off and liked having someone else to talk to even though she was there for my mom. Mr. Scruggs was available by phone or e-mail to answer my questions and he was very patient with my parents while filling out any paper work.

I truly appreciate the individual attention by FirstLight Home Care management and employees. They are always willing to take extra effort in matching my care needs with a care companion. Also, if I need extra support for incidental concerns, the management is there for me. I have been using FirstLight for over a year. One time I had difficulty with the employee sent. They listened and acted on my concerns. That gives me comfort and confidence that the company is reliable and will always be there for me. A really sweet note - they make the extra effort in celebrating my birthday and holidays. I think that's special!
