Five Star? Should be called One Star Marine!! They never answer their phone and never respond to messages...I haven’t had the chance to do business there bc no one will ever contact me back....now I will never do business there

Arturo is on point and made our buying experience awesome. I sent a request online over the weekend. 1st thing Monday he reached out with a follow up email and text with additional pics and info. We touched base and scheduled a sea trial for Friday evening. We arrived at the marina and he had the boat sitting at the dock, clean and ready to go. He was very professional and genuinely cared about our thoughts and any questions we had. We bought the boat and enjoyed it on Travis the next day. He has stayed in touch for the last couple weeks to make sure everything is good. If 5 Star Marine has a boat on their lot that interests you, give them a chance you won’t be disappointed. Let me start off by saying I have never experienced service at any Automotive, motorcycle or boat dealership like I did dealing with five star Marine. I contacted Arturo while shopping for a post at five star Marine. They had one at their location exactly like I was looking for. I had only found two others in north Texas that fit the bill. As soon as I started speaking to Antonio he went Above and Beyond in absolutely every way possible to get me the information that I needed. Especially knowing that I was 4 hours away he took videos cleaning the boat got it ready for me to test drive take photos answered multiple questions without hesitation and without delay. I wish they sold everything because I would buy everything from Arturo. I cannot say enough about how easy he made the process and how willing he was to negotiate on my behalf. He even threw in a few gifts to get the boat Lake ready. Thank you are turo you're making my boat by an experience amazing. I will definitely refer anyone looking for a boat to speak to you personally and the future. Thank you very much from the Faulkner family
Arturo (Sales) was awesome to work with. After showing my brother and I the features on the boat, etc he took us to nearby Lake Travis for a test drive. Arturo helped me resolve a couple of small items with the seller and I purchased the boat. However, I then needed it delivered to another lake where I reside. Arturo was able to address and handle those accommodations for me also. Very appreciative that every thing went smoothly. I would purchase from here again in the future. Louis
