Finally, a physician who will helped empower me through education! I am more positive about my health and my body than at any time in my life. I have lived with a chronic progressive disease for decades and had not truly understood its process and how to interrupt it and really try to heal. I did not understand the side effects of increasing dosages of medications prescribed by others to treat this disease and the impact on my organs. Since finding Flora Medical and beginning my re-education, pounds have fallen away and increasing joy and self love have have entered. You will not find a more supportive healing medical practice with up to date information and medical knowledge. I am so grateful to have found this practice and be accepted as a client. I believe it extended my life and added more joy and energy.

Dr. Kolte and Sherry genuinely care about your health from a holistic perspective, and truly put together a plan to get you in the best health of your life. I've heard the timeline for new patient appointments can be a while, but that's because they're so good, you'll thank yourself for having some patience to get their care.

I was amazed when I found out how many extra hours Dr. Kolte works every week, and that she started this lifestyle-based practice, not to make more money (she took a pay cut!) but out of sheer conviction that this approach is the right way to do medicine. I just appreciate that *so* much - I mean, I've never written a Google Review before, but she has inspired me to write this one because I feel so strongly about how unique her contribution is, considering most doctors won't take the time to even try to discuss nutrition with their patients, let alone get the nutritional education necessary to do a good job of it...! In contrast, Dr. Kolte did that work, obtained that knowledge, and spends hours educating her patients, since she values that education as the most important and effective way to truly help us improve our health in the long term.

Best doctor in Austin. I wouldn't go anywhere else to be seen for a medical problem. She's the real deal. She cares about people. She understands medicine better than anyone else and is thorough with every care that you have. Doctor's should be modeling her and her practice, she's that good.

I am very knowledgeable about WFPB lifestyle, the nutrition requirements, exercise, well being etc. That said, Dr. Kolte has exceeded my expectations...I am so glad that I was able to gain acceptance as one of her patients. She is through, precise and focused on health management! She sure has my vote!
