I have seen Dr. Cherpack 3x for different concerns, 2 of which were minor surgery. He has always expressed a deep interest in resolving my concerns and always empathetic to my situation. He is very focused and dutiful in his work and displays a high level of professionalism and skill in his profession. The staff has always been professional, polite and greeted me with a smile, so it surprises me to read the 2 reviews prior to mine. I am very satisfied and do highly recommend him.

Dr. Cherpak and his staff are just great...friendly, efficient, patient-focused, all with a sense of humor. They make you feel like family, and Dr. Cherpak works wonders with the feet. I always leave the office feeling healthier and happier than before.
The woman at the front was terribly rude. She didn't know how our insurance worked and wouldnt listen when I tried to explain it. At first, she told me that my insurance wouldn't cover them. Dr Cherpack was short and made us feel like we were wasting his time. 3 people needed his help and it was a terrible experience from the first call to make an appointment to walking out of the door with the molds and orthotics. Terrible experience.
Dr. Cherpack cured my foot ailment. He is not only exceptionally intelligent and understands his practice very well, he also is very considerate and nice. Dr. Cherpack worked around my schedule and financial needs. But, most importantly, he got the job done. I hope I don't need to, but if I or my friends have feet issues, I would whole heatedly recommend Dr. Cherpack!
I highly recommend Dr. Cherpack!!! The staff was very friendly! Dr. Cherpack did a great job on my ingrown toe nail. I could feel his genuine compassion for treating me as a Human, as compared to many other doctors' who I have felt I was just a number on their over packed schedule. I very much appreciate his thoughtfulness to use a cold spray to briefly numb the area before giving the Novocaine injection! It's funny that other doctors don't do that more often. For me, it's a great feeling to know I have a great foot Doc if I need one!!! Big Thanks Doc!!!
