We purchased our home here over a year ago and love the area. Not even halfway finished the neighborhood provides great outdoor amenities like the pools, trails within walking distance at Onion Creek and Mckinney Falls, outdoor playgrounds and community organized food trucks movie nights etc. We are proud to live here and excited to grow alongside this community.

I love this neighborhood and my neighbors, but buying an AVI townhome has been a mistake. It's been an ORDEAL. Shoddy workmanship was evident from move in but the construction issues like leaking roofs really elevated my concerns. Instead of making it right, AVI executives (Alice Mateyko, Quinn Gray, Billy Johnson, Mindy Music) give the run around, point fingers, say one thing/do another, cut corners with repairs, ghost us, and tell us the HOA (us!) will take care of things after our warranty expires.
Neighborhood is great but AVI is the worst experience I've had in terms of service, home quality and repairs. Avoid AVI at all costs.
Plenty of housing options for most people. Great location for most major destinations in Austin such as downtown, ABIA, COTA, and McKinney State Park.
