We have used them a few times when we had junk pile up in the community, with couches, appliances, random trash, etc.. They were always quick to respond, they are always on time, they quoted us exactly what they promised after they removed the junk. Nelson is awesome, he is so helpful and gets his guys out there quick no matter the day. I have recommended them to others. They are great!

My mother was a hoarder. It's hard to explain just how much stuff she had. How much of it piled up over the years, to the point that after she passed, my father and I could not parse, much less sort, the sheer amount of stuff. Recently, we moved from the house we'd been in for 15 years to a new place. We were downsizing to a bigger house - we were piling up things that needed to go faster than we could make room to pack the stuff we were going to take with us. A bit of research, and we found Gorilla Junk. Up front pricing, and an online booking discount. We scheduled, and they came on a Thursday, and filled their truck. Then again that Sunday. And again a couple of weeks later to get the last of the trash in the old house. Nelson was communicative, on time, and willing to come out the same day we called him when we got overwhelmed. Great service, great attitude, and amazing willingness to help. Best of all? No judgment for the unbelievable amount of junk we had sitting around. Tons of it. Literally. He just calmly helped us get it gone, for a fair price, and without much hassle. Can't recommend these guys highly enough.
The guys showed up to my house within a few hours after calling. It was such a blessing since I was in a hurry to move. I’m a mother of two teenagers and we had accrued so much junk. I don’t have a truck and tgetting my stuff to the dump is way too much effort when I’ve been moving for a week. They went above and beyond for me. Even turned off my water to unhook my broken washing machine to avoid a leak. They got all the junk out and I mean, it was an entire 10 foot deep trailer full. They filled it to the top in a matter of minutes. He cut me some slack on the amount as he could tell I was stressed! Thank you for what y’all did for me! Saved my back and made my day! Highly suggest these guys over anyone in the Austin and surrounding areas!
Rude to set the time and date and no show! Seriously not a good way to run a business, and no phone call return. Certainly never again!
