Absolutely awful experience and disappointing customer service. Stay far far away! They don't vet there candidates they allow them to disappear without notice yet we are left holding the bill. Why on Earth would we want a credit when you provided a mentally unstable individual who had no childcare experience whatsoever. Scam!!

I have found already after a couple of days a family and not only additional offers from other prospective employers for further future. I recommend that site for anyone who wants in a different way to find a job abroad. Families from all over the world - really interesting! Everyone should try

Everyone at GreatAuPair was very helpful, easy to reach, and supportive. Both during and after the program they were able to provide me with anything I needed in terms of paperwork and were happy to offer advice going forward. I’m so glad I chose to work with them as an au pair and had a great experience with my host family!
