Dr. Lori Fox is great. However, front staff will not return calls. It is so difficult to get an appointment. I called 5 times today and left voicemails and a personal message when someone did answer - no call back. Unfortunately, this is extremely unprofessional and I have to go somewhere else. This has been going on for months.

Saw Ricki Robinson. Found her to be judgemental, aloof and incorrect diagnosis. Inexperienced and poor bedside manner. Have done much better with other highly reviewed psychiatrists on healthgrades.

Out of medication and haven't been able to contact anyone in nearly a week. Less than a month ago someone posted on reddit \does Greater Austin Psychiatry and Wellness still exist?\ because they hadn't received a response in multiple weeks. Love my provider but don't go here unless you want to risk suddenly not being able to get your medication and go through withdrawals or worse.

I don't feel like the psychiatrists here understand their patient's issues very well, and the front desk associates make everything that much more miserable. They literally made me cry in the front office on my first appointment. The girls at the front don't seem to have much empathy considering what the patients coming in are going through.. My psychiatrist Miss Ricky felt robotic and detached from my issues, forgetting triggers of mine and having a hard time explaining to me how the medications worked, giving me incredibly incorrect information about medication, and making me feel very uncomfortable the way she talked about my self harm. It felt like she didn't know what she was talking about. (It’s also important to mention that I was without medication completely due to them simply not responding a few times. They just will not read my messages.) I would not recommend this place at all, as it stands...
