I used to love coming here, as it was local and the oil drops were good quality. However, last time I ordered online, I was shipped a defective cartridge that was almost entirely crystallized and hardly worked. I tried calling and reading out by email and even messaging the merchant through Google services. However I have never received a response to follow up with my issue or refund the bad product, yet I still get frequent marketing emails... Avoid the cartridges from here and don’t expect much in the way of customer service, should you have an issue.

I enjoyed coming into the place as it was local, and then ordering in April was fast and easy. Loved the product as well. But ordering around now may be a risk to you. I ordered last week and the tracking says MI, which is fine if they must ship product from there, but it was a just a label print, no scan-in by carrier, just sitting un-shipped. No email of Greenwave to email my concerns on the website, so I tried replying to order confirmation. I called and left a voicemail this week. No one is getting back to me, still no tracking. I called today, VM again, but I didn't leave one. Update: Item suddenly had tracking 10 days later. Then I got it. No idea who's at fault, no reply to my VM, so my review is for no communication with customers. Update2 (Response from the owner ): Thank you for the message. I was wondering why the scan-in what in MI. Sorry to hear about closing shop. Top notch CBD, so with new shipping and catching up, you're prob going to like ordering.
After reading several favorable reviews I discovered this convenient location in south Austin.The friendly and knowledgeable customer service, reasonable pricing and discounts for return customers, has kept me coming back. I have been taking the full spectrum oil sublingually every day for over a year now. It provides considerable relief from the pain and inflammation in my knees A very happy customer !
Such a laid back but awesome group. I had an issue with a barely used cartridge and had moved to another city. They gladly shipped me an extra backup to make up for it. The taste of the product is smooth and great too! Thanks Gabrielle and Zachary!!!
I went to Greenwave to pick up a bottle of the 600mg oil. It was my first time trying CBD and for all of my life I've struggled with OCD/anxiety. After two weeks, the product really started to impact my day-to-day in profound ways. I've been less anxious and more curious. It's amazing. I ordered my second bottle online to be delivered (due to social distancing restrictions and whatnot) and it unfortunately arrived with leakage. I messaged the GWN team and they sent me a replacement immediately. I cannot thank CWN enough for their products and customer service!
